How to measure
Width: lay a shirt you love flat and measure straight across the chest, one inch below the armholes.
Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
Compare those numbers to the chart, not your body, and you'll nail the fit every time.

Measurements are taken with the shirt laid flat and can vary by about half an inch. Between sizes? Size up. A relaxed tee gets worn. A tight one lives in the drawer.
