Shipping policy

Everything we sell is printed to order in our Dripping Springs, Texas workshop. Here is how your order gets from our printers to you.

Production Time

Most orders are printed within 1 to 2 business days, depending on size and complexity. Larger or more detailed pieces can take longer, and custom orders include production time that we confirm with your quote. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Once your order leaves our shop, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Tracking is emailed to you when your order ships.

Standard and express shipping options, along with any free shipping threshold currently in effect, are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently ship internationally.

Local Pickup in Dripping Springs

If you are nearby, you can skip shipping entirely by choosing local pickup at checkout. There is no charge for pickup.

We will print your order and email you as soon as it is ready. We are a working print shop rather than a storefront, so we do not keep set hours. Just reply to that email and we will arrange a pickup time that works for both of us. Pickup is at 215 Old Fitzhugh Rd, Dripping Springs, TX 78620. Please wait to hear from us before coming by.

Delays

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. If something seems lost or stuck, email us and we will help you chase it down.

Wrong or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@geauxprints.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
