Let's talk about refunds, openly and like neighbors, because that is how we do things around here.
All Sales Are Final
Every GeauxPrints piece is printed in small batches right here in our Hill Country shop, and many are made just for the person who ordered them. Because of that, we are not able to offer refunds or returns, and all sales are final. We know that is a big ask of your trust, so we put that trust front and center: every single print is checked by our family (all five of us, and yes, the kids are the toughest critics) before it goes in the box. If we would not put it on our own shelf, we do not ship it.
A Friendly Word About 3D Printed Toys
3D printed toys are built layer by layer from PLA plastic, which is what gives them their charm, their light weight, and their fun textures. They are made for play, and they hold up well to normal use. They are not indestructible, though, and we want to be upfront about that. Like any toy, they can break when play gets rough. Drops onto hard floors, bending a flexi past its natural range, an enthusiastic dog, or a determined toddler can all win that battle. Breakage from use, drops, or rough play is a normal part of a toy's life rather than a defect, so it is not something we can refund or replace for free.
Help Your Prints Live Their Best Life
A few easy tips go a long way. Keep prints out of hot cars and direct summer sun, because PLA softens in high heat (Texas, we love you, but the dashboard is a no). Let flexi toys bend the way they were designed to and they will keep flexing for a long time. And keep small prints and small parts away from children under 3.
If Something Arrives Wrong
If your order shows up damaged from shipping, or you received the wrong item, that is on us and we want to know. Email info@geauxprints.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will work with you to make it right. We are a family, not a faceless returns department, and we answer every message.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you, which is what makes them special and also what makes them impossible to restock. All custom sales are final once you approve the design and we start printing. That is exactly why we share previews and confirm every detail with you before the printers fire up.
