Welcome to GeauxPrints! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of geauxprints.com and your purchases from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. GeauxPrints is a family owned business located in Dripping Springs, Texas.
Our Products
We sell 3D printed items, both ready made and custom. 3D printed products are made layer by layer, and small variations in texture, layer lines, and color are a normal part of the process and part of the charm. Product photos are representative, and your item may vary slightly.
Safety note: many of our prints contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Our products are decorative and recreational unless otherwise stated, and are not food safe, dishwasher safe, or intended for high heat environments unless the product listing specifically says so. 3D printed toys are made for normal play and are not indestructible; breakage from drops, rough use, or heat exposure is not a defect.
Custom Orders
Custom orders begin with a quote request through our Custom Prints page. Quotes are estimates until we confirm them, and production begins only after you approve the final design and price. We will share a preview or description of the design for your approval before printing. Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold, so all custom and personalized sales are final.
Your Designs and Intellectual Property
When you upload a design, sketch, or reference for a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. We do not knowingly print items that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, and we may decline any order for this reason. You keep the rights to your original designs. We keep the rights to designs we create, and all content on this site, including our logo, photos, and text, belongs to GeauxPrints and may not be used without our permission.
Prohibited Items
We do not print weapons, weapon components, or any item that is illegal to produce or possess, and we reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout for shop items and at approval for custom orders. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
Shipping and Local Pickup
We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and begin when your order leaves our shop, not when it is placed. Custom orders include production time, which we will communicate with your quote. Local pickup is available at 215 Old Fitzhugh Rd, Dripping Springs, TX 78620. Select local pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready to collect, usually within one to two days depending on size and complexity.
All Sales Final
Because our items are 3D printed in small batches and many are made to order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns. If your order arrives damaged from shipping or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@geauxprints.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will work with you to make it right. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details, including care guidance for 3D printed toys.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeauxPrints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.
Disclaimer
Our site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated or required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
